Fat Tire Biking around Giants Ridge
If you’re looking to begin your exercising resolution, layer up and go fat tire biking. Winter fat tire biking offers an incredible workout, and you can burn up to 1,500 calories in an hour of exercise! You rent fat tire bikes at the Chalet, as one of the newest winter sports we’re proud to be one of Minnesota’s first ski resorts to offer it to visitors. Giants Ridge offers both day and season fat tire trail passes. Leave room for skiers to pass you and do not ride in the classic ski tracks. Stay to the right side of the trails around corners and stay alert to your surroundings to avoid crashing into others. Allow the track time to set-up after grooming and before riding.
