Lodge at Giants Ridge Accommodations
Important Cancellation Policy Information:
- We take the first night’s room and tax when you book your room via calling the Front Desk or online using the BEST AVAILABLE RATE option. There is a $50 cancellation fee up to 14 days prior to check in. Inside of 14 days prior to check in a cancellation results in the loss of the first night’s deposit.
- If you book online to get the 10% online booking discount, the full amount of the stay is immediately charged. The entire amount is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
- In the event you need to cancel your reservation, regardless of how you booked it, you can move your stay to another date up to one year with no change or cancellation fee.
The Lodge at Giants Ridge is condominium hotel. Each condo features 1 to 4 private bedrooms, comfortable living areas with flat screen cable TVs and large kitchenettes with a single induction cooktop, combination microwave/convection oven, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. Kitchenettes are stocked with pans, dishes, glassware and utensils.
Select units are equipped with fireplaces and/or jetted tubs. Handicap accessible condos are also available.
A limited number of pet-friendly suites are available for guests traveling with dogs under 40 pounds. Advance reservations are required. Call the front desk find out if a pet-friendly suite is available. Guests arriving with a pet that do not have a pet-friendly suite reserved may be turned away. A $50 non-refundable cleaning fee is required for all pet stays. Pets in hallways and common areas must be leashed at all times.
