Our nationally recognized ski area boasts 2 triple chairlifts, 3 double chairlifts, and a J-bar.

Although Giants Ridge is blessed with plenty of natural snow, our state-of-the-art snowmaking systems and grooming keep our runs in optimal condition.

The Lodge at Giants Ridge is located in the heart of Minnesota's cross-country skiing paradise.

Enjoy sixty kilometers of scenic, well-groomed trails that weave through Superior National Forest.

Originally developed for intensive training by the U.S. Ski Team, the cross-country trail at Giants Ridge has long, gradual grades, spectacular vistas, roller-coaster rides, and a variety of challenges for everyone from beginners to accomplished skiers.

Our grounds also include a six-mile, snowshoe-only trail. Equipment rental is available at the chalet.
